Surface Preparation

Ensure the wood is sound, clean, dry and free from bark or grease before finishing.

New Bare Wood 
Rub wood surface along wood grain with sandpaper. Remove wood resinous  with thinner.

Old Wood
Clean and remove all uneven or rough wood surface with sandpaper.

Painting System

1. Stir thoroughly before and occasionally during use.
2. Compac Woodstain is supplied ready for use. If diluent is needed, use Thinner not more than 5 % for brushing and 5-8% for spraying.
3. Brush on evenly along the grain avoiding
4. Allow each coat to dey (overninght) before applying the next coat.
5. Two coats are recommended for interior wood and three coats for exterior wood. Do not apply more than 3 coats.
6. All equipments should be cleaned by Thinner while it still wets.
