Surface Preparation

Surface must be thoroughly clean, free from hrease, dirt, loose old flaking paints. New masonry or cement must be completely cured and dried at least 1 month. Cracked surface must be repaired with proper filler. Poedery or chalky surface must be rubbed off. Fungus and mildew growth be completely cleaned off.

Painting System

Apply 1 coat of Compac Sealer. Allow 16-24 hours drying period before apply 2-3 coats of Compac Acrylic Emulsion, CompacShield or Compac SmartSield
